The Compass: Verse of the Day

Dear children, let’s not merely say that we love each other; let us show the truth by our actions.

Always be humble and gentle.  Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love.

Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God.  Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God.

Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony.

Three things will last forever --- faith, hope, and love --- and the greatest of these is love.
